Nancia

Nancia is one of Boston’s best R&B singers. She has sung the National Anthem for the Boston Red Sox and San Francisco Giants! She is nominated for Best R&B artist of the year by the Boston Music Awards and continues to win various accolades for her musical accomplishments which includes best R&B album of the year, Community Auditions Stars, and R&B 97.7 woman of the week.

Her music has been played on respectable radio stations such as Jam’n 94.5, WERS 88.9, and her Taki Taki remix was in rotation on Hot 96.9 for several weeks in a row! She also opened for celebrity artists like Lil Kim, Keyshia Cole, Cardi B, Remy Ma, Ja Rule and Ashanti, Niki Minaj and more. She’s performed at Summer Jam, Six Flags New England, the Legendary Apollo, Boston Hard Rock Café, Boston House of Blues, Boston City Hall, The Middle East, Sonia and Sinclair.

Nancia recently released Heir to the Throne, an empowering R&B album that encompasses modern R&B sounds and vibes. She’s received raving reviews from publications like Dig Boston, Hip Hop Weekly, Vanyaland , and WBUR.

Nancia is a community activist and has participated in various non-profit initiatives. Mass General Hospital & United Way chose Nancia to be their Star for the My Giving Helps campaign, which helped raise over $500,000. She then partnered with First Church to increase awareness on how the community can help homelessness in the city of Cambridge. Nancia was the only R&B singer chosen to perform at South Bay Correctional to sing inspirational and motivational music in front of 200 inmates. She is also a huge advocate for the LGBT community and performs every year at Pride to provide support and encouragement while celebrating an amazing time of the year. Nancia continues to dedicate her talents to her community as she continues to build her music career!
